- Previous leadership or management experience in the title industry
- Strong knowledge of Florida title and escrow operations
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- A commitment to delivering a five-star closing experience for every client
